Choose your NHL team (SJ, LAK, CGY, CAR, WAS, FLA, NYI, TBY REMAINING) and select 9F 4D and 2G from that teams NHL roster plus 10 of that teams prospects.
13 Round Inaugural Draft
4 round prospect draft in subsequent years. You receive 3 drafted players your NHL team drafts automatically, then draft as many as 4 other prospects across the league or as low as using no picks. Year 2, minors bump to 12 and remain that number from then on. Owners will have to adjust prospects each year to maintain the 12 max.
Teams MUST have a minimum of 8 players from their NHL team at all times that includes 1G and 1D. Minors must have minimum of 5 in year 1 and 6 in year 2 from your NHL team.
