Lock Up Toronto Tandem?

I have locked up the Vegas goalies and also have Samsonov and Jarry. A little worried about Samsonov losing starts to Woll and also how consistent Jarry will be. Wondering if it would be better to drop Jarry for Woll or keep what I have? If I dropped Jarry, I would then have all the starts for both Toronto and Vegas locked up, two very strong teams that will get a lot of wins. I would however be losing the higher volume of Jarry which definitely counts in our league. I am just not sure what to expect from Samsonov and Jarry as both battled injuries last year. I am leaning toward rolling with what I have and if Samsonov and/or Jarry struggle, make the move then.

I wouldn't do that. I'd expect that you could trade Jarry for something significant if you wanted. Dealinsg 2 players for 1, might make sense, since have Guentzel on the IR. Jarry + say Werenski for a upgrade on D?

I would stick with what you have for now. You have the security of all Vegas starts each week in h2h and you can weather whatever storms you face with the other two. Vegas' tandem should be more of an even split than the other two, so I think that current group should maximize starts for you.

Your league is 3-2 for volume versus ratios on goalie stats, and even though shutouts are rare it still steers towards having starters. So you've got to keep Jarry here. By all means, if you can find a 2-for-1 and move him for an upgrade elsewhere and then scoop up Woll to complete the Toronto tandem, then maybe you can make out that way, but in a 1-to-1 comparison Jarry is by far the better option here.

They are hungry for one more Cup before Crosby is too old.

Thanks everyone for talking me off the ledge. I was panicking a bit as I have watched a lot of fantasy programs on Youtube with many"experts" saying both Jarry and Samsonov are shaky options and that Woll could steal the starting job. This makes me feel better about what I have.

funny thing is that i can easily see this backfire but i would also keep Jarry here... is there any way you can drop a skater for woll? do you have farm? can he be stashed on the farm?

i can see both samsonov and jarry be injured by Christmas and then woll will quickly be picked up...but at the same time knowing what we know today, no way you drop 55 game projected starter for a backup

We don't have a farm, so I can't stash Woll. Also not keen on dropping a skater for Woll as that would mean I am carrying 5 goalies. My plan will be to keep what I have now and if Samsonov or Jarry gets hurt, I will try to pick up Woll.

yeah , probably most GMs will jump on that if Sammy gets hurt but given the circumstance i would say thats as good of a plan as you can have here..

Samsonov & Jarry are a bit shaky due to injury history and not always above average, but they do have the upper hand. If you could stash Woll as a pickup that would be different.
