Stretching and icing. Especially the muscles that aren't necessarily front of mind but are so important to running, like the IT Band and piriformis stuff. Low back pain, for me, usually meant that I had slacked off on abs strengthening.
Heyyooooooo. I finally signed up for one of these in November and have been slowly building up my stamina outside.
Any tips over the next couple months? Running outside always seems to lead to hamstring tightness/low back pain if I don't get ahead of it so I really have to be cautious on this.
