I haven't touched any booze in more than 6 months but let's see how my memory still works.
1) Fallen Timber Mead - Mr Pink, Meadjito, Honey buck (haven't tried their honey colada)
2) Miller Genuine Draft
3) Lemon Hart dark rum with a little coke and lots of ice
That's about all I can remember that really stood out from the rest.
This one is going be a bit weird, and will get real weird when you see the end of the main list. It's missing all the usual suspects.
I have never really liked beer. It possibly comes from a lot of warnings about alcoholics in my family, and I mean basically every male blood relative that I know that is older than me. There's one that might not have driven drunk too often, and yes I mean that sentence. I didn't experience alcohol until college.
I'm also not a big fan of wine, but I can have a glass or two. I hate champagne.
Preferred drinks to have straight:
Hard Cider
Scotch
Mead
Ouzo - no I am not Greek.
Straight or as a mixer:
Whisk(e)y
Rum
Vodka
Schnapps - varying flavors
Specific mixed drinks:
Purple Passion (Vodka & Grape Juice)
Pina Colada

Hmmmm. I go through seasonal phases, so this is of right now:
1. Life in the Clouds (Collective Arts)
2. Earl Grey Wheat Beer (Collective Arts)
3. Empress Gin. I typically go with Gin and Tonics if I'm outside in the summer, Gin sour cocktails if it's a fancier night.
4. Whisky Sours/New York Sour. Different cocktails, but I'll group them together.
5. Margarita
6. Winter White Stout (Grain and Grit)
7. Any Lager really. Collective Arts has a solid one
I'm not too picky with this stuff. So Everything else after 7 is a tie.

Without me, it's only "aweso".
I work down the road from them so during COVID they got me hooked as the Beer Store lines were huge, and CA would have no one. And they used to do a 24 of tall boys for like $50 for long weekends, but they don't really have that level of deals now. But that Earl Grey Wheat one...man that was such a good one. I hope they bring it back, I'm assuming it was a supply chain issue why they don't have it right now as they initially had it as a winter seasonal one, then they brought it in year round, now it's been gone for a couple of yrs.
My fiance got it for me like 2yrs ago for a gift and I've been babying it since, and now I'm almost out. It's probably my favourite gin, but Hendricks is another good one. Just less visually fancy lol.

We don't get a lot of Collective Arts here in the NSLC but we do get a few. I'm lucky that a very good friend of mine is a liquor rep and she does deal with Collective Arts so I get free cans from time to time. I've never seen that Earl Grey Wheat before but I'll have to ask her if she can get it for me to try.
Life in the clouds
Ransack the universe
Radio the mothership
Hazy state
Good Monster
Mosaic Four Ways
Those are some of the better ones I've had from CA Brewing.
Right now, in the NSLC, all you can get is their Daily Forecast sour (ew) and the Good Monster IPA.

For those into Gose beers, There's this cocktail that I really like that includes it.
1. Fill glass with ice
2. Layer 1-2oz of gin, 0.5-1oz of aperol, and 1oz of simple syrup* in the glass
3. Top the drink with a guava gose (from CA). I've used a couple of different Gose beers and they work, but try and get a more tropically flavour as it works the best.
4. Stir before drinking.
*Depends how concentrated your simple syrup is though.
I typically can get 2-3 drinks out of a short can of Gose beer, and it's a very different drink if you want to show off a bit, and most people who have a generic stocked bar would have the stuff besides the beer.
You can adjust the flavour to it depending on the season too. Go with a seasonal sour that might be more muled winey in the winter and add some Rhubarb bitters, or cranberry juice instead of simple syrup for a Christmas version.
