To be completely fair:
He was used already, and I think that puts him neck and neck with Ben Franklin. At least I was the one who guessed him previously.
I'm not sure if that should count, but it did with Ben, although it took longer, since Franklin has a tad more he is famous for; no disrespect to Shel, as "Sarah Cynthia Sylvia Stoudt Would Not Take the Garbage Out" is a song I love.

I found out he was involved with "A Boy Named Sue" after I first heard "Sarah Cynthia Sylvia Stout Would Not Take the Garbage Out".

"Caractacus Pott" is the inventor played by Dick Van Dyke in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. Since someone guessed a fictional inventor, I took care of that, and even threw in the Dick Van Dyke reference to help. It got me rep, so somebody got it!
