I casually mentioned Bedard to the guy holding 1st overall and I said it would probably take me giving Panarin, Verhaeghe, Holtz, Heinola and Annunen (my best of each position and status.) His reply was “get a top 10 draft selection and we got something”
So is this worth pursuing to land Bedard?
Or should I just keep what I got and try and repeat ($1600 dynasty prize on top of the $1500 I’d win on the season?)

While you're fishing around at the options for a top-10 pick, you have to nail him down to a specific offer that would be accepted when a top-10 pick was added (with this draft it's going to be much tougher to get a top-5 pick, but something in the 8-10 range might be doable.
In a 32-team league, I would assume goalies are at a premium. I would think something with Sogaard might be able to help shake loose that pick.
With the team you have, losing the prospects isn't a big hit, but Verhaeghe would be a very tough loss. Panarin would be easier to replace either with one big piece or on the aggregate in the cap space he would create. So if you can find something with Panarin, Holtz, Heinola and Annunen on top of the top-10 pick, then that's a move I would make. Maybe see if Moore and his decent contract and value that he's locked in at for five years could replace Verhaeghe in the offer if he makes a stink about taking him off.
Maybe Bedard hits it big this year, maybe not right away, but either way his cheap production will be great, or the name value will help you land an even bigger return mid-season and you can basically lock up another championship with that.

Ya, you make sure that IF you were to get a top 10 that hes in, and perhaps sniff around at what DP he truly would accept. like 10th or 5th?

Keep it brief and simple.
I don't think the offer ever comes.
And the reason is this:
You put all those players on a team that is NOT a competitor... the team doesn't look "fun/great".
You put JUST Bedard on a team that is NOT a competitor... and the team looks "fun/great".
People aren't trading Bedard unless there is an absolutely SEXY pick coming back.
Panarin isn't sexy.
Verhaeghe isn't sexy.
Holtz isn't sexy.
Heinola isn't sexy.
Annunen isn't sexy.
Any "future pick" that isn't assured to be top3guarantee... isn't sexy.
This trade isn't going to happen.
Don't get your hopes up.
