Welcome back for a new season of Dobber Tier II Fantasy Football.

The league will mimic the Tier 1 Settings with top regular season team and playoff champion from this league getting promoted to Tier I next year.

It's a re-draft league.

So roster is empty, draft is upcoming.

League settings are very basic .5 PPR League.
