Agree for the most part, although I might rather have Hughes over Byram. Makar is an unbreakable roadblock that isn't going away anytime soon and the Avs have 2 other possible options. The only thing in Luke's way is Dougie. At worst he's the #2, could end up being a split or a 2 D pp setup.Originally Posted by Eskimo Brother

Maybe, but as I said he's still the best goalie on the list
I do generally prefer skaters though, and for longer-shot prospects I'll run with a couple of goalies because the values fluctuate so fast.

Byfield, at 99gp, is nice pick... assuming its a fairly deep league. (You want at LEAST 144 forwards in play. 12x12F league or 16x9F league)
For a "new" dynasty - this also means that you may be able to strategize a long-term IR risk/reward guy.
That way you know you can shift the guy to IR, bring Byfield up into that spot a day or two into this season.

i think every single prospect goalie is overrated imo until they prove it....also every goalie is overrated year to year outside top 5 and even those dont always produce same numbers year to year....
so i absolutely agree with this top 3
