Pasta. A two-for-one trade is never really just that. It’s also the keeper that you can no longer keep because you took on two players. Even if this is a keep-15 league (you didn’t say), dropping maybe Tyler Toffoli cuz you now have Barzal and Gaudreau…. would you have traded Pastrnak and Toffoli? And if it’s only keeping six or eight, would you trade Pasta and Hischier? You get the idea. There are only so many top tier players in the NHL. Pasta is 27, entering (statistically) his prime.

We need more information here. What does your roster look like? How many keepers, positional requirements etc?? I recommend you create a signature and include all this information if you want to take full advantage of the forum.
