Looking for 2 replacement/new managers for 32 team dynasty entering 4th season

Hey folks, we’re looking for two replacement GMs for our salary cap dynasty league (Ice Cap in my signature). 32 teams, H2H points, going into its fourth season. Very active league on Fantrax and Discord, with members across Canada, US, and Europe. We’ll be having a dispersal draft in a couple of weeks for the new GMs to select their teams. Important points/dates

• League fees are $100USD + $25USD for our dynasty pot (more below), all managed via Fantrax treasurer
• Dispersal draft September 1st
• Regular draft begins September 10th (slow draft, 12 hours/pick)
• The two teams available are Chicago and Vancouver, and will be selected first come first serve (team name only)
• League is managed by a committee of five commissioners, with members from the west coast of Canada to Europe, so there’s almost always someone online

Rosters
Rosters consist of 23 starters: 12 forwards, 6 defence, 1 goalie, and 4 bench. Additionally each team has a minor squad with a max of 27 players. Movement between the two is unlimited, presuming the minor eligibility limits have not been met, at which point the player must be moved off your minor squad.

Scoring & schedule
Simple points, with goals/assists/hits/blocks/sog/wins/saves/shutouts. Schedule is weekly H2H (daily lineups with lock at first game of the day) with multiple matchups each week (82 matchups/season).

Draft & transactions
All non-rostered players drafted into the NHL or under NHL contract are available to be drafted each season. We allow FA adds/claims during the season, with some restrictions concerning gp. Trades are unlimited, the only restriction being that in order to trade future picks, you must pay in advance for the season in question.

Dynasty pot
If a team wins twice over a three season period, they win the dynasty pot (in addition to regular winnings). Presuming nobody wins it in a given season (nobody has yet), it accumulates up to a capped amount (three seasons worth or $2400), after which we distribute the overages as extra prizes for that season. Once a team has won the pot, it begins to accumulate again.

Dispersal draft
The dispersal draft will be snake format and all skaters/goalies, current season draft picks, and future traded-for draft picks from the two available teams will be available to draft. The draft will be held on Discord.

Just bumping this, thought I’d point out our prize structure (more detail in the link above), but basically it’s not a winner-takes-all situation. Make it into the playoffs and win a round, and your season fees are covered. Winnings scale up for each round won.

Additionally as mentioned, we’ll be redistributing dynasty pool overages in seasons where the cap has been hit. We still need to vote on the specific prizes this year, but one that is very likely is a relegation playoff.
