In a short term situation, they don't need their #3 to give them a .920 svpct.
They've proven they can win, a lot, with a team svpct at .905.

he just needs to not be .860 bad if/when he spot starts.

the alternatives were Petruzzelli or Hildeby.
Jones is better than the in-house alternatives
