Yeah, I grabbed Wilson a week or two before I actually needed him for just that reason. Not a lot on the wire anywhere except DEF and K. Maybe a couple high risk/reward WRs too.
I felt that "not going to get a QB" on my Mahomes bye-week where the best I could find was... Kenny Pickett.
Boy - that was a QB that I almost threw up watching while he played. Yuck! LOL.

Definitely fair. Heading into playoffs I like to have a backup for every spot, just in case. Definitely tough to manage in-season though as you need all of the bench spots to get through some bye weeks.

Wait I just realized QB's get zero points for rushed in touchdowns.
What nonsense is that?

I mean they hand it off to someone, that someone gets the 6 pts.
QB fumble the ball on a hand off they get deducted the points. Same with an interception.
Why are throws different?

Another fantasy football week, another week of facing a top 3 scoring team in the league. I’m not going to say my team is ~good~ but I am borderline playoffs with different matchup luck. Ah well.

Top two teams get a bye.
Top six teams qualify for upper tier (championship playoffs)
Teams 7-12 play in toilet bowl (consolation)
Teams 13, 14 will be relegated (unless teams drop out or if there aren't two qualifying tier 2 teams)
Big congrats to Leafs225.
Outstanding draft and season to finish above 1600+ pts.
Absolutely gorgeous draft: WR04(AJ Brown), QB02(Hurts), TE02(Hockenson), WR03(K.Allen), WR12(Aiyuk) and then six straight rounds of throwing darts at RBs (J.Cook-RB14/Dillon/McKinnon/Mostert-RB02/Allgeier/Singletary)... hitting nicely on two!
A full 100pts behind, at 1550+ pts... BlackhawksFan. Well done.
The rest of everybody else was a hodge-podge of good luck/bad luck.
pmorrow's Don Bosco Eagles finished with 4th highest points for... 1513... but had to scratch and claw to avoid relegation.
Two other teams (Blues_Fan & rataylor22) had point outputs that were similar to teams finishing 3rd (EskimoBro) and 6th (Pengwin7).
[Interesting note on Pengwin7 - didn't use a single dollar or make a single FA bid. Cheapskate.]
Best Bid Claims:
$21 Puka Nacua on Sep 13 by Kofax. What a gem for the season!
$27 Tank Dell on Sep 27 by Red Bulls. Beauty!
$97 Zach Evans on... errr.... we won't go there. LOL.
Onto playoffs - we'll see who the gods favor!
What was everybody's best good luck and worst bad lucks from this past year?
For my team...
GOOD LUCK
- Gus Edwards was touchdown machine... thanks to the good fortune of JK Dobbins going down for BAL early in season.
- Adam Thielen became key target for Bryce Young.
BAD LUCK
- I got exactly 2.5 healthy quarters from early 3rd round pick Aaron Jones. At least he got me a Week1 win. Woof.
- Pat Mahomes WRs can't catch key balls... KC lead the league in drops. Mahomes finishes as very pedestrian like QB08... finishing right there with Purdy, Sam Howell, and Jordan Love. Ooof.
Best luck - Rostering Achane
Worst luck - figuring out when to put him into the lineup and never picking correctly.
I enjoyed my team management this season. Pulled off a trade that hasn't looked great sending Henry and Pittman out for Jefferson (at this point I just want Jefferson to produce as well as Pittman), had a great draft, some nice adds, and got lucky with some decent scheduling. Ended up rostering two team defences for most of the season, with KC and PIT alternating weak opponents for the majority of the season, and had Hopkins (K) and Ferguson (TE) fall into my lap as my existing K and TE were going into bye weeks. Have a hodge podge of options at WR/RB this week, especially with some health concerns, so we'll see who ends up in the lineup and how they do.
Best of luck in the first round P7!

Bad luck:
losing Chubb, Mike Williams and Burrow to season ending injuries early on. Waller's inability to stay healthy again (I should learn by now).
Good luck:
Finding ways to win weeks when my team really didn't deserve to win some of them. Drafting Jordan Love late in the draft and actually holding on to him all season long.

G- Vasilevskiy, Sorokin, Oettinger
"Cleavage is like the sun. You can look, but dont stare.. Unless you're wearing sunglasses."
Bad Luck:
- WR Drafting was garbage, Tee Higgins at round 2 provided two solid weeks, Sky Moore in round 6 was a bust and Gabe Davis in round 7 was boom or bust, which is decent in round 7 I suppose. Thank goodness for my 1st goodluck note.
- Matcup luck was garbage the first half resulting in me going 1-6 with 100 more points against than any other team in the league through 7 weeks
Good Luck:
- Puka Nacua, as mentioned above, worked out great as an early season pickup I was originally hoping would just be a stopgap, essentially became my top WR and the only reason my season was salvaged
- Matchup luck completely reversed with me going 7-0 to finish the season and finishing with the 4th most points against
