And... I wish Natalie Portman wasn't so young (age 13).
My wife knows I have always really liked Natalie Portman in films.
So... it's just effin weird (having daughters) allowing myself to re-watch a film with her at age 13.
That feels like a bad move to even put it on.

My brain has put that movie in a vault and thrown away the code!

    4. The Proposition
    5. Hard Boiled
    6. Die Hard

I really don't think I could make a top10 with my taste changing so much over past 5-10 years.

But my favourite movie has been my favourite movie for 25+ years now.
I just like the main three characters.
I like the different bonds between the relationships of the characters.
Maybe my brain knew - back then - that moods/relationships of characters were more interesting to me than the events that people live.

Some people do what they love and just never make it as high up as others. (Davis)
Some people do something they are good at and need help realizing their potential. (Laloosh)
Some people just love to be some key part of a certain group of the world, even with their quirks. (Savoy)

I think it'll always be my favourite.
Been around for 35 years now.

Not on anybody's list that I've seen yet.
    #1 on mine.
Kevin Costner can make a: golf movie, a Baseball movie, or Western Movie and I'll be there to check it out

I have tried to follow Mark Canha's careers since this moment! He's not a Hall of Famer or All-Star by any means but he's a glue guy, there to help the Ball Club!!

    The Great One

So tough, as after a few locks it's tough choices, but I'll give it a shot. I'm sure within an hour I'll think of a bunch I missed,

    1) Manchurian Candidate (original)
    2) Rashomon
    3) No Country for Old Men
    4) M
    5) Goodfellas
    6) Full Metal Jacket
    7) Fargo
    8) American Beauty
    9) A Clockwork Orange
    10) Raising Arizona

And keep in mind, these are not necessarily the ones I enjoy watching again and again or that are the most fun. These are what I'd say are the ten best films that were ever made.

I'm still waiting for you to revamp your list to make No Country for Old Men disappear...

A reputation that could be described as a pillar of greatness - now tarnished.
