With that scoring I'd be on Fantilli top of the heap.
How many do you roster per position?

Hits secures Fantilli on top.
Then Cooley/Hughes is a wash for me. Cooley will be more productive than L. Hughes until the time when NJ transitions from Dougie Hamilton to L. Hughes. And then Hughes will outperform Cooley.

No way to know if LHughes belongs on top or bottom without knowing scoring and league set up.
