    Default Picking at 22nd…

Hey all, I own the 22nd overall pick in the entry draft, 2023 draftees available only.

Cats in sig, who should I hope for / target at that point. I’m not fussed at how far out the prospect is, much more concerned about upside. Position not a concern really either. Just looking for upside…

Upside... I think Gulyayev, Perron, Yager, Honzek are reasonably expected to be available there and definitely have the upside that one would covet if swinging for a home run.

I'll add Daniil But, with little else to go on than he's a big Russian, drafted 12th, but is likely to fall to around 22 in your draft. Should be good upside.

i like all these other than Gulyayev but many do have him that high...i dont know if Yager has a chance to be there but he would be my choice if he is

I seen But slide this far back as well...other one i think could be dark horse is Brindley

In my draft Musty was taken at 16 and I took Perreault at 17 and Wood at 18. I like all 3 of those players and any of them would be a good pick. Musty had a very good prospects camp for SJ. Sternberg was drafted in the high 30s. But if I had to pick one of them it would be Perreault.

I think Cristall should be on your list

I'm going to bet you'll be looking at guys like Nadeau, Cristall, Ritchie (maybe) and possibly But.

I'd rank them Ritchie, But, Nadeau and Cristall from the four I listed but at this point, we have no idea who will be available for you. Maybe people will reach for goalies and other forwards will fall.

I'd take a look at the prospect draft thread posted to get an idea who will be there.
    https://forums.dobbersports.com/show...lts-Here/page3

I'd expect many of those listed to be gone, and I probably wouldn't draft a D.

Ritchie, But, Nadeau Gulyayev, Stenberg reasonably likely to be there. Maybe Brindley, Perrault.

I like But as an upside play, I didn't research Ritchie, Brindley or Perrault, as I only had a pick in the mid 20's in my one league that drafted already.

I think Stenberg is a slight reach there and I would expect at least 2 (maybe all 3) of the others to be gone by 22. Cristall is the biggest swing if he's there, but most of the drafts I've seen have him gone in the mid-teens.

In my personal opinion, if Musty is available at 22, take him and run! I got him at 18
