LEAGUE SETTINGS:
Full Keeper - H2H Categories

16 Teams (4 Divisions of 4 teams. Division winners and 4 wildcards make the playoffs.)

Salary Cap - NHL Cap + 10% (2023-24: 83.5 x 1.1 = $91,850,000)

Cats: G, A, SOG, STP, HIT, BLK, FoW /// W, Saves, GAA, SV% --- (G, A & W are worth 2 points, all other categories are worth 1)

Main Roster: 3 C, 3 LW, 3 RW, 2 Skater, 5 D, 2 G, 5 Bench, 5 IR Spots (Max 3 Goalies on main roster)

Minors Roster: 13 slots, no positional requirements (Minor eligibility: Skaters <= 82GP, Goalies <= 41 GP)

Daily roster adjustments; max 5 FA claims per week

Entry Fee: $35 USD

One of the available teams is rather weak, so I believe it will be beneficial to both the league's health, and the new GMs, to have a dispersal draft between the rosters of the two available teams and the current Free Agent market. We'll flip a coin, and the team that wins the coin toss will get to choose between first pick in dispersal OR selecting the team with the better draft picks in the 2023 rookie draft.
