Sens sale. Another one gone
Just a quick read through twitter this am and came across a Garrioch tweet saying that the guy with the long Greek name has backed out of his bud saying the sale is taking too long. I agree it is taking too long and maybe it not all bad?
If the potential buyers cant hang in now, what’s it gonna Abe like when they own the team? If your funds are so tightly tied up maybe you don’t want to own a volitile commodity like a nhl hockey team and land.
However it could be said that the frustration of the timelines are getting too high and it’s time to sh$t or get off the pot.

If the person that made the largest (numerical) bid gets frustrated and walks away I take that as a bad sign for how things are going.

I believe an office in the Canadian Federal government, Hockey Sales department, needs to rubber stamp the potential sale, but the entire department is either on stress leave or working from home. Delay is totally understandable.Originally Posted by Axeman33
