RIP, but he wasn't well for a few yrs. My mom loved him, and even would still go to see him in concert. She went to Toronto in like 2022 to even see him (maybe 2021) and he barely sang she said. He was in his 80s so him even doing what he was doing what a lot, but still.
Growing up my mom played his music all the time for my sister and I to the point we hated him. But as we grew older we liked his stuff more and more, even to the point one of his songs were my sisters first dance at her wedding. He's definitely a big part of my life growing up, sad he's gone.
