    Default MLB Picking #1

    Yearly Yahoo H2H
R, HR, RBI, SB, Avg, OPS
W, SV, HLD, K, ERA, WHIP

Usual positions with 3 OF, 2 Util.

Who is the number 1 player? I randomized my home league draft order tonight and got #1. I hate it. Do I just go Judge? Acuna?

If Ohtani is split into batter and pitcher, then you probably have to go Judge, even with regression his floor seems to be pretty high. If Acuna runs wild, then he has it in him to be the 1.1. Dark horse is Julio Rodriguez, if he reduces his chased strikes even a little bit, then he's got the tools to be the 1.1.

I feel like in a 6 category league and with the expectation. Of stolen bases to increase, you have to it narrowed down to the right two. Judge or Acuna

I would only pick Acuna over Judge if you think one of these two things will Happen

    1) acuna hits 45 homers and steals 45 bases
    2) Judge has a significant and misses large chunk.

I think in a league that counts OPS as the 6th category - I would
go with Judge as the gap in Average, OPS and home runs will be worth it.

    Yes Ohtani is split.

Sounds like Judge is the right call. Really wish I was picking 4th instead.

Judge. He hits every category even steals. It's him sadly. If you're worried about injury, I would still draft Judge, then trade him for like JRod, or Ramirez for an upgrade in another position.

I wouldn't be surprised if JRod is the #1 fantasy guy this yr, but Judge is much safer outside of injury risk.
