This is not going to help my fantasy team. Barrie ran the best PP in the league and I was reaping the benefits. No way he takes Josi's #1 PP spot in NSH. Should I quick drop him and pick up Sandin, who might actually be a #1 PP D-man now in WSH?

why don't you wait for him to actually play before making rash decisions. Granlund was just dealt to PITT, Johansen is out for rest of the season, Josi and Barrie are opposite handedness and there is no rule that says you can't have two defenders run the unit on the point. Is it going to be as fruitful? No. Forsberg-Duchene-Barrie-Josi-Novak is entirely possible.
