RIP Borje, thanks for the memories.
I'm shocked but not surprised if that makes sense:

RIP Borje, thanks for the memories.
Call me old one more time.

RIP. Makes Sittler saying he didn't think Borje would make it to the HOF (and week after) stuff more realistic. And his emotions that day.
Salming was the reason we have so many Swede's and European players in the NHL. His work with the HOF was noticeable, and he was a great Leafs Alum being at events constantly. He'll be greatly missed.

Wow he was literally here just a few weeks ago...
RIP Salming... RIP

So sad, may he RIP.
I am young and don't know much at all about his career, but when I saw him at the HOF Ceremony just a few weeks ago, I could see he was a beloved hockey player by fans and players alike. He looked so happy at that ceremony, so having that memory as really the only one for me is something I will never forget about him.
Great player, and a class act.
I never am surprised when someone dies once their age begins with a 6, and especially a higher number, but glad he got to have his name called to the HoF.
