I failed to grab Murray in time yesterday and he is gone. Wanted to grab him and drop Binnington but that ship sailed. My current goalie situation is Andersen (IR), Binnington (up and down so far), and Samsonov (full practices this week off IR soon). The Jack Campbell owner is in a bad spot and dumped him yesterday. He is available tomorrow so I would need to move quickly if he is the answer. Swayman was activated today and should be back to 50/50 with Ullmark soon (Montgomery said it was nice to know Ullmark could hanlde the load but that isn't the plan going forward). This is a 1 year points league with scoring in sig. We can roster up to 4 goalies on a team but I usually only roll 3. I could roll 4 but the argument for that would need to be strong.

Ullmark may not be the #1, but he certainly can be the 1A.

Considering saves is a category, I'd definitely be looking for unquestioned starters over guys in platoons with stronger stats.

1- Andersen (when healthy, he's the best out of the bunch and while his team doesn't allow a ton of shots, he also allows less goals and wins more than any other goalie on that list)
2- Binnington (he's already started to right the ship and is a clear-cut starter on his own team)
3/4- Swayman/Samsonov (I probably trust Swayman more than Samsonov but both are platoon goalies on good teams so they'll give you good stats but won't start as often as Andersen and Binnington)
5- Campbell (Start of the year, I would've had him 3rd on this list but Skinner is already stealing starts and Campbell works best as a platoon goalie)

Feel like Oprah givin' out all these reps. Thanks guys. Seems like I should stand pat with my current 3. It's so nuts to see Soup on waivers. The lowest producers on Defense or even Forwards are fluid for me in this league (can add/drop 7 times a week per week). A guy like Romanov is droppable since there are similar players that offer the same peripherals (guys who block a few shots a game good for 1+ Fantasy points a night as a floor). I could drop him, add Soup or Swayman for some games to test them out..

I'd be willing to carry 4 if one is on IR, and you will have Andersen replacing Samsonov there. You have 2 guys who seem to get dinged often.

The guy to add of Swayman/Campbell comes down to schedule for me. Figure out which one works better for next week or so, and roll with them.

Well Andersen isn’t progressing as well as previously thought. I ended up dropping Romanov and adding Swayman. As expected Soup was taken as well...by a guy who dropped MAF since he’s now IR with no timetable. Goalies, gotta love them.
