Default Time to move on from Morgan Frost?

I'm in a hyper competitive league and currently have no room to stash Morgan Frost on my farm anymore so I have been carrying him all year with the bug club. I have a solid team and should contend but not sure if Frost is worth holding onto anymore. Would drop him for the ability to stream players with hits. my team is severely lacking in that area.

Let me know reasons why I should keep Frost or if you agree it's time to cut.

    Thanks!

Keep 13 players and 6 Farm players must be under 24 and played less then 100 NHL career games. If under 24 but played over 100 games they cannot stay on farm but do not have to be protected in off season.

If your competing and have a player hurting your chances I’d give him the boot. Stream a players to help with your hits

If Frost is providing no help, then cut loose and stream players that will help you.

Hits seem more important for you at the moment. Frost may or may not be a productive player at some point. If you’re competing, that’s not something you need to think about.
12 teams. Keep 9 any position.
7 prospects. D scoring 3.75 for goal, 2.75 for assist. Forwards 3.5 for goal, 2.5 for assist. 0.5 for hits and blocks. Goalie scoring -1.5 GA, 0.3 for save, 2 points for win and extra 2 for shutout.

    Pre Draft

    D: Drysdale, Guhle, Perunovich

    IR:

Prospects: W. Johnston, K. Johnson, Guenther, Morrow, Mateychuk

If you can't trade him, then he has no value and is worth dropping. Don't hold him just because you've been holding him forever...

You should cut him and move on. At some point, you need to get players who help you when you're in the hunt, and dump those who don't.

I don't see Frost as being a big help to you this year.
