The hype is insane. I was just offered Mavrik Bourque for him and a 2nd.

G, A, SOG, Special Teams Points, GWG (including shootout), PIM’s and (Hits and Blocks combined).

Just in case it isn’t common knowledge yet, I’m talking about Arber Xhekaj (MTL - Dman).

Should I accept?

The Atlanta Thrashers used to have a guy named Garnet Exelby.
The fans absolutely loved him... he was a treat to watch because he had this iconic grinder-look.

And everybody loves those guys with moustaches and fun names who can throw punches.

A year from now... that will have died and the fans will realize that he's a net negative for shots and goals on-ice.
Unless he has game. For now, though, he's a good play by Montreal.

I accepted Lambert for him but that was before the season started. I'm not sure I would accept the same offer today. I got sucked in for high offensive upside but neglected the fact that Xhekaj is super valuable now in banger and salary cap leagues. I wasn't sure he was going to make the team at the time.
