I would keep what you have. Typically in a 2-for-1 or 3-for-2 deal the team getting the top end players win.
This is especially true in a 6-team league where there is going to be a ton of quality players on the waiver wire.
Given your lineup you would be dropping Rust or Marchessault and I don't see that as an improvement.
