Eichel+ for Rantanen+
Just had our draft last night, and received an offer this morning. OGM has a big Colorado contingent on his roster and wants to add Rantanen. He offered Eichel and Gentzel for Rantanen and Jarvis. Thoughts? League and team details in signature.
For context, Rantanen, Genteel, and Eichel were all keepers. Jarvis was my first round pick (12th overall).

I like that trade, risk with Eichel for sure but I prefer Guentzel a lot over Jarvis. And if Eichel does put it all together and stay healthy this is a huge win imo

This definitely depends on how you feel about Eichel. As much as I like Jarvis, Guentzel is a huge improvement so this is definitely a fair and enticing trade.
That being said, even with a healthy Eichel, Rantanen is a better fantasy producer, so it's a savvy move by that other GM. People like the possibility Eichel finally has a healthy season and breaks out, but man, Vegas has such bad mojo right now, I admit to be a little doubtful about his capability to finally rebound to his full potential.
I'm risk averse so I'd rather keep the best player in the deal (which is Rantanen). But couldn't fault anyone that goes ahead with this deal.

I'd lean toward taking it. I view it as:
Rantanen vs Guentzel, slight edge Rantanen
Eichel vs Jarvis, large edge Eichel
