    Default Who do you prefer

Hey guys, i'm in a points only league (goals and assist=1 pt).

I have Drake Batherson right now but got an offer for him: Holtz and a 2nd pick.

Who do you prefer between Batherson and Holtz? If Holtz can play with Hughes, it could be interesting...

    Thanks for the replies

I’d need a lot more added to Holtz. Batherson has established himself as one of the best young guns in the league.
12 teams. Keep 9 any position.
7 prospects. D scoring 3.75 for goal, 2.75 for assist. Forwards 3.5 for goal, 2.5 for assist. 0.5 for hits and blocks. Goalie scoring -1.5 GA, 0.3 for save, 2 points for win and extra 2 for shutout.

    Pre Draft

F: Keller, Zegras, Suzuki, Caufield, Cozens

    D: Drysdale, Guhle, Perunovich

    G:

    IR:

Prospects: W. Johnston, K. Johnson, Guenther, Morrow, Mateychuk

We need more info on that pick. Further, you need to create yourself a sig in which you can provide all the information on your league and your team. Then, we can provide you with much better feedback to your questions.

Not crazy. I don't mind Drake but I think the hype train has picked up a little too much speed and the track isn't long enough to say whether or not it can keep going at that rate. I think players in developing systems are especially vulnerable to getting passed by the next big thing so while I would value Drake appropriately based on the potential, I wouldn't be so quick to assume that it's so easily projectable. I mean if someone asked me if I like Norris or Stutzle I couldn't answer that honestly. I just don't know how the organization is going utilize them going forward, they probably can't lose with either one but until I see which one they choose I would be hesitant to invest too much. Holtz has a distinct advantage in that the organization he plays for doesn't have another option that has at least the same upside. Of course he's not a guarantee, no one is, but I would argue the probabilities are higher with him.

No ita a second round pick, so probably between 12th and 15th overall.
