Stutzle
Im taking Stutzle, since his move to center he looks great and will only continue to rise. He was a ppg guy over his last 30 games. Plus he is a couple years further along in his development which helps.
tough to know. we haven't seen SW in any sort of NHL action, and a small sample of Stutz.
right now I'm taking TS, but thats only because we've seen em...

I think we're all on the same page here, the question is pretty much impossible to answer. Stutzle has barely begun his NHL career and Wright hasn't played a second in the league. Certainly we have to be encouraged from what we have seen of Stutzle and for that reason if I'm forced right now to make a call I'm taking the guy that I've seen succeed in the NHL. When all is said and done this could be pretty much a dead heat anyway, but for now, Stutzle will contribute to your team whereas Wright is a total unknown and is highly unlikely to have the impact that Stutzle will in the next year or two.

Stutzle for me too. He's got some tenacity and I'm liking what Ottawa is looking like.

I'll say Stutlze but as said above, it could easily go either way. A lot will depend on who skates with Wright in the future.
Check back in 2 years. Next to impossible to figure this one out.
Call me old one more time.

I would guess if draft year Stutzle was eligible for this draft, he would probably go at 1. But as like as others have said, it could go either way. If Shane Wright turns into something approaching Patrice Bergeron, that's pretty high production.

Not really fair to compare these 2.
Wright has yet to be drafted let alone attend a NHL training camp.
Stutzle is firmly locked into Ottawa's top 6. Still improving and growing with the rest of Ottawa's young guns.
If forced to choose; take the known commodity in Stutzle. I think he may just be the best from his draft class. I think his upside could see him post over 100pts a couple times during his career.
Most likely scenario for Wright is he will be skating for Montreal. Now if you like those prospects for the future and how Wright fits in with that team then I think he could be the player for you. As for Stutzle he seems like he is set to solidify his name in the top 6 in Ottawa for some time. That team is on the rise with some good young talent and he is going to be one of them. I honestly do not think you can go wrong with either one of these players.
I prefer Stutzle. We know what he can do at the NHL, and he's just scratching the surface. But he's shown flashes of brilliance at times.
As for Wright, how about if he starts slow like Lafreniere or Nolan Patrick when he was picked?
Stutzle appears to be a top-end player for the Sens and Wright may be a #2C long-term.
Stutzle is my pick.
