Re: Necas or Duclair?
The key here is that your team is rebuilding. If you are win now, yes, I'm taking Duclair and the picks, that's a fairly easy decision. Necas is 3 years younger than Duclair and clearly has the higher upside. He is currently a better contributor in the banger stats. Duclair had one hell of a season but it was IMO a career year, his ceiling is just not that high. The immediate emergence or Jarvis is a concern but I wonder what things are going to look like in two or three years with Necas when your team is ready to compete? I'm betting on Necas being the better own in two or three years and I wouldn't be surprised at all if it was not even close. There is a reason the other guy is offering Duclair and those two picks. I suspect that other GM is also rebuilding. I would suggest that if you want to be the GM with the successful rebuild, you hold on to Necas.
