I'd drop Merkley without hesitation.
The 3 forwards are very close. Sharangovich might be a step ahead in points but barely. Milano has the edge for powerplay production. None of them will provide a ton of PIMs. Basically, it's all about upside here for me. Which means I'd probably drop the older, probably already plateaued Milano and keep the Devils forwards (and drop Georgiev). You're clearly on a rebuild but you've got some strong pieces! Good luck.

Georgiev is an easy cut for me. You have enough talent in net, and I'm not sure Georgiev will ever be a legitimate starter. And I'd probably cut Merkley too.
The forwards are tougher. But I'm personally leaning towards keep Sharangovich, which means dropping Mercer and Milano. But you could make arguments either way. I am not sure there is a clear winner here.

I’d keep Mercer. Kit has a ton of potential and in my opinion the highest ceiling of your potential keepers.
