Western Conference First Round: (2) Edmonton Oilers vs (3) Los Angeles Kings
This shakes up to be a great 1st round matchup. Edmonton gets home-ice.
Obviously, McDavid and Draisaitl will run the ship for Edmonton and I don't see the LA defense stopping them especially without Doughty who will not play in the series.
The old vets Smith vs Quick....or perhaps we see some Koskinen vs Petersen as well.
I do not see the Kings being able to match the Oilers firepower here.
I take the Oilers to win the series in 6 games

Hate to say it but Oilers in 5. They have been playing some inspired hockey lately and will be way too much for LA.
