Not interested in moving my first so would try to drop that to a 2nd or 3rd rounder.

I don't have a stance to share but just some thoughts that may help you think through your decision-making:
I think value-wise, Gaudreau and M. Tkachuk gives you two top-tier players that are as close to being in Kucherov's tier as you can be, without actually being in that tier. I would ignore the 6th round pick in terms of value consideration because those picks are unlikely to provide value.
As for your 4th overall, if someone is willing to pay for that, I would recommend capitalizing on that interest because after Wright & Cooley, the next 4-5 players are a relative toss-up from what I have read (I read up on prospects nearly daily and keep logs of which analysts said what about who.). For me, if I am in the top 6, I will be happy.

I appreciate your comment and agree, it's close to a 2 for 1, lose a keeper but gain 2 keepers who are a tier below. With kuchurov being hurt the last 2 years, he hasn't really been on any tier. Lol the draft pick is for all dropped players and prospects so there is some value to that so I'll try to change it to a 2nd or 3rd round pick instead.

I think that pick swings things one way or the other, a 4th overall will translate into an elite prospect. I'm not doing Kucherov + an elite prospect for Gaudreau and Trkachuk and a pick that likely never plays an NHL game. Get the pick changed and this is deal worth doing, but not as is.

I ended up doing the deal.
My kuchurov and 1st round pick for his Tkachuk and Gaudreau and a 4th round and 6th round. The draft is for dropped players after everyone keeps their 15. Its an 8 team league. Draft seems to be a crap shoot, so I am comfortable with this. Moving one keeper for 2 helps my team. I do appreciate the quick feedback.
