Mac, Hedman and Shesterkin are easy.....Despite the banger cats I'd keep the guy with the highest offensive upside between Rantanen, Landeskog & Lindholm.

Mackinnon, Shesterkin and hedman are no brainers here
Man is Rantanen vs Landeskog a tough choice due to the hits and PIM's category breakers. And Age. Banger players tend to age faster than finesse players.

Shersterkin, MacKinnon, and Rantanen are easy top 3 for me. After that, I'm likely keeping a dman. Toss up between Hedman and Josh, but I probably lean Hedman.
Trades in a keep 4 are always tough, but I a 12 team league, I would think you could work a trade to move Josi and Landeskog at the end of the year.
