I would say yes but I am curious about the rest of your roster. Do you have a minors system? It seems most of the guys you are dealing are minor league type players. In a limited keeper, small league like this, I can't see minors eligible players holding great value so I am curious why you have them and why does he want them?
Any chance you can post the rest of your roster just so it may clear some of the ambiguity up.

It's beyond me to understand what the other GM is thinking here. Maybe that's why Axe asked the questions he did. This is a no brainer as far as I'm concerned, take the deal fast before the other guy comes to his senses.

We have an unlimited minors system. We can keep our prospects 5 years in the system( i know it’s long! ) Farabee and Kaliyev are prospects for me. The other GM is starting a rebuild.
We start 12F, 6D and 2G each week. Here’s my team:
