Good trade for me?

Hi, 13 teams dynasty pool, 14 players, 6F, 3D, 2G, 3 backups of any position. Point only.

Forwards and Defensemen, 1 point for goal or assit
Goalies, W=2 pts, OTL=1 pt, SO=3 pts

Not contending this year but target to be contending next year.

I need help offensively, I am very strong defensively and my goalies are Hellebuyck, Knight and Kahkonen.

I am talking with another GM and I think this trade could be possible…

1st round pick(will be probably 4th or 5th overall)

With the 1st round pick, I could get one of these: Matthew Boldy, Dylan Larkin, Nazem Kadri, Timo Meier, Anton Lundell, Devon Toews or Ville Husso.

My own 1st round pick will probably be 6th or 7th.

Would you do this trade and witch two players among this list would you draft with my two 1st round pick?

Thanks for the advice. What do you think about Matthew Boldy? Already a young PPG guy or will he slow down?

I see him high. Larkin would probably also be my other choice if available.

If Fiala stays Id do Boldy and Larkin or Meier, I might still do it if Fiala doesn’t stay. Meier and Larkin are prob the safe choices though.

Young high draft picks who tend to start their careers at a young age and produce righy away like Boldy usually work out favorably so it’s not a huge risk.

I don't hate the trade if the guys you're mentioning are actually available. I am just trying to figure how you know this already.

I think you want to accept this offer as soon as possible. Hell, Bennet and Knight for Sid is a good deal straight up, add that high draft pick and I can't see how this is not a big win for you. You won't know who is available to draft with both your 1st round picks but they will be high quality players to add to your roster. Hit accept!
