Trochek for Markstrom?

League and team in Sig.

I’ve got a solid trio in net with Makstron, Jarry, and Saros. Goalies only count for 2/9 categories but I tend to win both pretty consistently.

I’m currently in 3rd and have been steady there for most of the season. My skaters have been decent so far and I’ve had some good streamers when needed.

Trochek can be pretty decent with this set up but I’m not sure if I want to let go of one of my goalies.

Other GM has Rask and Andersen in net.

I'm just wondering if you can get more. I know you don't help a competitor but there might be a goalie-desperate team you are not worried about that might pay more. Granted, Trochek does help you with every skater category.

If you need help in your other Cats, and you think you can still win the goalie cats with Jarry and Saros then I would do it.

If possible after making this trade, I might consider dropping Getzlaf for the best available goalie

I do like Trochek in these head to head multi cat leagues, but I wonder if you can't get more...

That said, my gut says Trochek will pick things up in the second half of the season after a relatively slow start. So, I think with your monster goalies I would likely seriously consider Trochek for Markstrom. You can certainly afford to part with him, I would just test the water with a few bigger names than Trochek though before making the swap.

Thanks for the input. It sounds like it could be a good deal but it might be best to try and get someone better than trochek.

I think out of those Trochek is probably one of the better options, right? Anyone better worth targeting?
