I think many posters confuse expressing support for science/positions of empathy with support for the Liberals. Those two things are not equivalent.

If we must make it political I have always been an ABC voter because I care about social issues and the environment. I usually vote NDP.

I just think it's kinda disrespectful to try and compare what's happening in Ukraine with what happened in Ottawa. It's death in the streets of Ukraine nation wide vs dumps in the street of the National Capital. Then there's the whole Provincial vs Federal thing. Oh there is no question it's gone both ways. I get it, it just pisses me off and makes me question the posters motive and credibility. I pretty firmly believe that Trump was the worst President, certainly in my life, but maybe of all time. It really bothered me when people would exaggerate or twist around the shit he did to make him look worse. There is so much ammunition already; why do that?

And as goofy as it is, I just type my name after each post :-) it's a habit that has carried over after years of gaming forum posts.

They were diagnosed of covid before even going into the hospital and both died of covid in the hospital.

You would lose all of your money.

Do I also need to share with you the guy I went to high school with who was in his early 40s. Healthy. 2 kids and a wife. Got covid and and ended up in the U of A in the fall on an EMCO for weeks?

It's one thing to be vaccine hesitant, or to question some of the mandates that society has put into place.

It's quite another to deny reality and behave like a soulless ghoul.

As much as I loathe those who behave like you, I wouldn't wish you having your family members die of this, even if you don't believe it's real.
