Drop zegras or zacha. League in sig

Batherson returns tomorrow and mittlestadt soon.

Need to drop someone for Batherson's return and I believe one of these two are my drop. Going to leave mittlestadt on IR awhile to see if he clicks as top C in Buffalo.

Unless someone sees someone else in my lineup I should let go, who do I drop for batherson?

Without SOG or HIT I'm likely dropping Zacha here. (Although admittedly initial lines have him with Hischier & Hughes so might be worth holding just a bit longer).

Assuming FOW is a 'need' to keep Gourde even with Mitts coming back?

Zegras just has too much upside to drop here imo.

I would drop Zacha, not sure if you set your line up daily but if you do Anaheim is always a top team to play on other teams off days.

Do you think Zegras reaches that upside this year? Because he has zero chance at being one of my 5 keepers IMO. McDavid, Hellebuyck, Lehner are locks. This league is very goalie driven with 14 teams and near 40% of categories decided by 2-3 players. Zibanejad barring a disaster is probably close to a lock.

I am probably letting Crosby retire this year to keep Svechnikov. Not that i want to as Crosby was instrumental in some of my wins and he is from my hometown, but 35 is old and 21 and already a superstar improving every day is the kind of upside I can't lose. I just can't see Zegras making that kind of impact for a few years. He looked good against Ottawa and vancouver, but who doesn't?

yes Its daily setup and I had considered the off days as well. im interested to see if Hughes returning has any effect

As to the 2nd question, yeah I intended to keep Gourde for now as Faceoff wins haven't been easy with Sid out so long. Mitts i am leaving on IR if I can and also leaving Francouz on IR to see. Goalies are solid gold in this league and if he plays well or Kuemper goes down, I can see someone giving me a 1st rounder for him.

I may not drop anyone yet and try to shop them for picks. My offense is close to top of the league and I hate dropping guys I know I may be able to get a 4th or 5th rounder for. I sold Kyrou for a 3rd rounder a month ago and my team didn't notice. If I can just keep them on IR indefinitely or until injuries force a move, it may be better than just dropping them.
