#Oilers Ryan McLeod may not be alone on the protocol list. Sounds like EDM has a potential positive on the coaching staff, as well. Believe they are re-testing to make sure there’s not a false positive.

L Schenn received a positive test on Monday from the Sunday test. Lammiko tested positive this morning from yesterdays test. Likely not contracted from Canes team, positives are too fresh for that. Canucks still planning to play tonight but waiting for more results to come in from todays tests.

I don't get why the league has okayed the procedure of letting a player play hockey without knowing he isn't positive. I guess it stands on the amount of tests that comeback negative mid-game and they've decided it's better to not hold out those withstanding tests because it's so many, and the amount that come back positive is low?

Yeah what's the deal with not getting tests back before the game. Someone got pulled mid game last night after a test came back positive, can't remember who it was. I mean we're 2 years into this and still can't get it right....

Ill say it, Canada is pathetically slow with PCR test results. Morning tests should come back negative BEFORE the puck drop or no game.

Can't argue with either statement but 2 of the 3 players who have been pulled during games were in the States.

MLSE helped develop the app for the Ontario Gov't, I can't believe that slow testing results for a private sector is the reason. Maybe for general folks, but not for the NHL. They def can throw money at a company to only do their testing so there's no waiting. If the NHL can throw money at the Yotes, they can throw money at this
