Goalie Advice Needed

Hey guys,

I'm a bit concerned about my goalie situation. I have Grubauer, Smith (IR), Francouz(IR), and Swayman. Khudobin was recently dropped and I'm wondering if you'd suggest I go after him... possibly with a hefty bid to ensure I land him?

Is this bid real money cash, FAAB, or something else? I'm not used to free agent acquisition via auction in hockey, but this seems like a guy to only go modestly on. He's not a clear upgrade for the long haul for you, andit's not a short season like football.

Given that Holtby is running strong right now, I'd aim to spend only a little of your available funds. Yes, it's early, but also he should be somewhat cheap, unless others also have goalie issues to your level of problems.

The Dallas goalie situation is just so crazy right now I feel like anyone can be in or out. I feel like Oettinger can come back at any point or someone can get traded or Bishop starts getting in there it makes my head hurt.

But as of RIGHT NOW if Holtby is available as Stevegamer says, I agree he's the better option and that's especially if he goes tomorrow night because then he will have taken 4/6 starts. If Khudobin goes then it's 50% for each and I would expect that to remain the case until one of the other two heads of this monster jumps into the mix. So hard to say if Khudobin is worth it but I think seeing who starts tomorrow will be a big indication.

Any other options with a more solidified role?
