Forced to Jettison Top Prospects

I am in a points league (just goals and assists). It is a cap league, so ELCs are of huge value but rosters are also shallow. I am sitting on several elite prospects but am forced from a practical perspective to drop some of them to make way for other servicable cheap players who will actually have regular playing time in the NHL this year. The players in question are:

Turcotte
Frost
Rossi
Newhook
Hayton

I am thinking of keeping Rossi (knowing Guerin might keep him buried this year to slide his ELC but thinking he may have the highest ultimate upside) and Newhook (although it looks like he may bounce back and forth between NHL/AHL this year?). I am also thinking of keeping Frost on the theory that he may be more likely than Turcotte to be called up and spend significant time in the NHL this year (am I out to lunch on that?). I like Turcotte but I am not sure I see his short term path to top 6 minutes given the logjam of forwards and top prospects in LA. I think Hayton will still end up a decent NHLer (and perhaps get a decent chunk of NHL time this year), but I think he's the one I'm most ready to cut bait on. Any thoughts would be appreciated!
