Oettinger or Kakkonen

Deep 20 team - 10 keeper league (2 goalie keeps max - can roster 3). I have Blackwood and Swayman. I have picks 8 and 12 in the first round...thinking another young goalie to really improve my chances of having two studs.
So for this year and more importantly going forward...Kakkonen or Oettinger? Others available are Vanecek, Hill, Driedger, Korenar, Lankinnen. Thanks!

Oettinger

It won't likely be this year due to contractual logjam in Dallas but everything points to Oettinger being an above-average #1 goalie there. The only reason he's not is because he's the only goalie Dallas can send down without losing him.

Oettinger for me long term and I think he sees a decent amount of games this season, whether it be from a injury or poor play from Holtby. If Dallas plays well this year and look like a playoff team they won’t let Holtby ruin that. This year Hill should get the most starts out of that group

Long-term, I call that a toss-up. I honestly have both (and Swayman) on team with a shallow minors system - 9 minors, and I have those 3 goalies, which should be a problem, but I think too many quality young goalies isn't a real problem in a decent sized league.

Given that you want to know what you have as far as keepers sooner, I'd lean Kahkonen.

Id lean Kahkonen as well here. Oettinger is good but too many cooks in the kitchen and long term its hard to see a major difference.
