Default Waiver wire goalies to pick-up/monitor?

    Hey guys,

I have Grubauer, Smith and Francouz. I chose to fade goalies a bit this year so I'm not too upset with who I'm running with.

Are there any goalies below that you'd monitor closely or possibly even grab now to hold and see how things play out? If so, who would you drop?

    Lankinen
    Swayman
    Vanecek
    Kahkonen
    Bishop (IR)
    Georgiev

    Thanks in advance!

Swayman first and Vanecek second for me. Swayman, at least for the first half of the year stands to see a decent amount of starts on a good team. Vanecek was ok last year with extended spotlight time and Samsonov is already hurt. Lankinen, Kahkonen and Georgiev seem like straight backups so with you already carrying 3 starters, you may not be looking for a backup. And Bishop is such an unknown, it is hard to place any lasting value on him.

    Who would you drop Senryu?

A lot of Boston media coverage prefers Swayman to Ullmark at this point.
I think the older guy will get starts (out of respect) to start the season, but I truly believe Swayman is better goalie.

Vanecek also - good enough to be starter.

    Those two.
(I wouldn't grab either... but as soon as Ullmark puts up a single stinker... be ready to switch to Swayman.)

Swayman or Vitacek. Preferably Swayman to have some insurance moving forward. Drop Hoffman.
Call me old one more time.
