I did my quick calculation of best & worst off-night teams.
This is done using following "formula".
1. Sum the total number of NHL-team-night games each week: 226-MON, 490-TUE, 250-WED, 508-THU, 290-FRI, 558-SAT, 302-SUN. As usual, the NHL is a TUE-THU-SAT heavy league schedule... so any teams with games on MON/WED/FRI/SUN will help you by pushing some of your players onto the "thin" nights... which keeps you from having too many players (and therefore a "benching") on heavy nights. This is critical in H2H where every start counts and getting 85 player games in a H2H week compared to your opponent's 78 players... can make a difference.
2. Each team has their own number of games on each night, that amount is divided by the NHL-sum (see #1) to give the team a "share" each night.
ex. WAS: 10-MON, 12-TUE, 11-WED, 11-THU, 13-FRI, 15-SAT, 10-SUN
ex. MON: 7-MON, 17-TUE, 6-WED, 20-THU, 3-FRI, 24-SAT, 5-SUN
Washington's 10/226 share on a Monday night gives them a .044 share for Monday.
Montreal's 24/558 share on a Saturday night gives them a .043 share for Tuesday.
So Washington's 10 games on a "thin" night are worth about as much as Montreal's 24 games on a "heavy" night.
3. The list (BEST - to - WORST):
.2392 Washington
.2377 Arizona (maybe an arena issue?)
.2366 Anaheim (a yearly "Top3" team)
.2362 Colorado
.2359 NY Rangers
...
.2314 Edmonton
.2314 Chicago
...
...
(lots of teams in the .22 and .21 range)
...
...
.2082 Ottawa
.2055 NY Islanders
...
...
.2016 Calgary (*Interesting, because I think CGY had a decent off-night schedule a few years ago)
.2005 Nashville
.2005 Tampa Bay
...
.1989 Montreal
...
.1953 San Jose
Notes:
Context of the .2392 BEST score to the .1953 WORST score might be that WAS players are (perhaps) about 22% better at helping to avoid "same night benchings" of heavy-night play.
However, this factor only comes into consideration in H2H leagues with fairly high starter-to-bench ratios. (So... if you have 9F, and 4F on bench... there could be Saturday nights where you have to bench 2 of 11 forwards playing)
*San Jose has a terrible schedule, incredibly Tu/Th/Sat heavy. There wasn't much reason to own SJ players this year... but even less here.
*Avoid the SE hockey teams: NAS, TB, FLA - also too Tu/Th/Sat heavy.
*Montreal's schedule is once again centered around Saturday night play.
*The New York Rangers (who share MSG with the Knicks) look like they've split those nights up... giving them a very attractive all-over-the-week schedule.
*Washington (who plays at Capital One with the Wizards & Hoyas) also has some distribution.
*And Colorado - a team with lots of high-end players, is also a super attractive team to have a player from.
So, two standard East Cost major city teams: NYR & WAS are attractive draft teams for people with deep-bench H2H leagues this year trying to maximize output by minimizing same-night benchings!
Another great Pengwin7 evaluation on the great rjfisher83 SNT! Thanks again to you both!

Thank you so much once again RJ.
If H2H it's best looking at the playoff weeks as a separate analysis too.
