With all the move Columbus is making - I would venture a guess that they keep him around and hope that some of the changes bring out his 50 goal potential.

They need to wake up that inner sniper. I think playing with Voracek might be a big benefit to him. I would hope they have chemistry and Laine pots 40 goals. Or he could be benched by game #6, although me thinks Voracek is there to keep him in check.

For me, I don't see Laine sticking in CBJ, unless*....
I feel like he needs/wants that similar age, similar skill linemate that guys like MacKinnon-Rantanen, McDavid-Draisaitl, or Matthews-Marner have.
Can't see that guy appearing in CBJ... so I think Jarmo will just move him when the offer is right.

*The possibility that could keep Laine in CBJ & transform the club...
CBJ saves their cash (they moved Seth Jones) - and they surprise everybody by paying Barkov at $10m x 7yr next offseason.
