Lundqvist has all the tools to be a true #1, even better offensively than Fox. He has a much better shot than Fox and his vision and puck movement are excellent. He's gonna step in next year and I expect he'll start producing right away.
I'm just wondering where people place him in the hierarchy of young defencemen. The recent poll, which was a great one by the way, only had players currently in the NHL, but I, in with my limited knowledge, have Lundqvist as a Samuel Girard type, that being he'll be great but forever the second fiddle to others. In this case, we're looking at Adam Fox running the top pp in New York for the foreseeable future.
So, accurate? Thanks.

I can't promise I'll try but I'll try to try.
