That's a risky game since it's a concussion for TT
What does the wire look like for defense?
I have an owner who'd be happy to trade me Teravainen for Doughty or Ristolainen. I already have Makar, Hughes and Petry, so I can spare one D. I'd obviously shelf TT on my IR, but he's out with a concussion and you never know how those things will play out. He doesn't seem to be coming back anytime soon. If healthy, he'd look great paired with my Svech and Trocheck. CAR is hot and putting up points, last night against Vas notwithstanding. Is it worth the risk to trade for him and keep him occupying an IR slot that I might need for someone else?

Available to him are Muzzin (out, and he just dropped him), Andersson, Martinez, Jones, Girard and a big bunch of guys who only rank high because of hits and PIM's - Chiarot being at the top of that list. But he is looking for scoring and PPP more than hits and PIM's. So either of my guys would be preferable to him. He's desperate, especially since he's holding Panarin on IR. He might go ahead and drop TT if I don't make the trade, but being #10 on the waiver list I don't think I could get him for free.

I own TT in a similarly scored league. He's been a disappointment compared to last year (had him then), but with COVID delays and everything I'm staying patient. It seems like he's done nothing (literally less than a point) most nights but pops off for a decent amount on others.
He's also been bounced around the line up and seen nights of limited ice time prior to the concussion. If he's not a decent upgrade over your wing options I may avoid him...

Risto for TT in a heartbeat, stash him and figure it out later.
Yeah, I'm gonna do it. I will stash him on IR and just pray that nobody else goes down anytime soon. I'd have had to keep Risto on IR when he gets back unless I dropped someone, so I figure it's no big loss.
