Drop Parayko in Points Only?

I have 8 Vet D and can call up Boqvist and Dobson from the farm whenever I need. Is there ever going to be a scenario where I would put Parayko into a starters position? I've thrown him up on the block and had no response whatsoever and have been turned down on different trade offers. Is he an outright drop? I could use his spot for a streamer or pick up a depth piece like Petersen, Fabbri, Getzlaf, Pageau, Bratt...

Thoughts?

I feel like in a 13 team, start 6D league he should have value. I wonder if he's worth holding and instead if you feel you need help elsewhere try baiting the reel with Boqvist or Dobson instead. It's a downgrade on D for you to go from Dobson to Parayko, but if you get a big enough upgrade at forward it could turn out to be the same thing and it stops you from losing out on Parayko for nothing, especially if he can turn things around with Krug out.

If he's your bottom veteran D, then I think he's a drop, since you have farm callup D that can give you what you need.
