To be fair about the Managers last activity in Yahoo, it's last thing they changed about the team, so like team name. You can log in, and see the league and not adjust that "last active" date.

Obvious question, but has anyone emailed him directly using the email address on the league page, in case he doesn't check anything Yahoo related as often? I wonder if Monday is a bit late to wait for him, considering that we (I) thought that it might not be enough time to essentially start next week, which is why we moved it to today.

My suggestion (which can be overruled) - if he's not replying to any messages by the end of tomorrow, then EB picks until he confirms. He knows there's a league, he knows (should know) we're drafting this week and should be around to take messages/check threads etc. There needs to be some effort from him, or if something life-specific is going on, then I'm sure he's not focused on fantasy baseball and won't care if someone picks for him.

Agree with horrorfan, Monday seems quite a long time to wait for someone we don't even know is around at all. If this was a pick in the middle of the draft it would be a different story, but we haven't heard from him at all so we might be waiting for nothing.
