I'd pass on that. While Kucherov is elite, Tkachuk is also elite in that format, but not injured.
Multicat keep 10 - G, A, P, PPP, SOG, FOW, Hits & Blocks
We start 4 C, 4 RW, 4 LW
Other GM wants my B. Tkachuk.
While I'm pretty attached to Tkachuk, I don't really have any players who've eclipsed 100 points before. I have players like A. Svech, Rantanen, Guentzel and Laine who are all fine. I'm wondering if I should simply ask for Kucherov straight up.
Cheers!

I'd still keep Tkachuk.

Kucherov for me. Not close, especially as you're not going for it this year.
I can't promise I'll try but I'll try to try.
I recently traded Tkachuk (and Dobson) for Marner, Wilson, and Dahlin. Landslide win for me. But that's the sort of value he has in multi-cats. Go for more and really lean into the injury/uncertainty on Kucherov.

Kucherov owner wants to revisit this. He's offering Kuch straight up for B. Tkachuk.
I actually never thought it would be this difficult for me to decide.
Tkachuk will likely lead the league in SOG and hits for the next decade. As the Sens figure things out, he should eventually be putting up more points.
Kucherov owner is coming at me hard. I feel like I wanna ask for more. I also have Larkin, in whom I know he's interested.
Would Kuch + Scheifele be too much to ask for B. Tkachuk + Larkin?
Both our teams are rebuilding this year and not contending to win.

I would also rather have Brady. FWIW I traded Barkov straight up for Brady earlier this season and I think it was a great move for me.
Kucherov is an absolutely elite point getter. He’ll help you on the scoresheet for sure. Brady is 6 years younger and already elite in getting HITs and SOGs. As the Sens get better he will ideally be getting you more in the way of points and PPP as well. So there’s a guy that is gonna put up great to elite numbers in the majority of your categories. It will actually be easier to find a player to bring you what Kuch does as a whole as opposed to what Brady does as a whole. He’s just got such a unique skill set that makes him so so valuable in bangers cats leagues.
I don’t think I would make the trade.

I'm still very much on the fence about this.
And for that reason, I think I'll stand pat for now.
